The design directive - to express the T-Mobile brand in the workplace - wasn't as simple as splashing their signature magenta around.

It was much more challenging than that for the entire design team, and in the case of the lighting, it included working with the architecture and interiors teams to carefully place magenta accents where they would serve multiple functions by clarifying wayfinding at elevator lobbies and defining banks of collaboration spaces.

Lighting in office and amenity zones also reinforces the clean geometry of the T-Mobile aesthetic, creating a cohesive and energizing workplace for the T-Mobile team.
